Do you provide International delivery?
Yes. Please choose the International Shipping option during checkout. The buyer is responsible for any VAT or import taxes/fees for your country.
What is your returns policy?
Returns will be taken on a case by case basis. Some of our items are custom made to order and are not returnable. If the product is eligible for return, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and we will work to replace or refund your product.
If you decide you do not want the product after all and it is in good, undamaged condition, the buyer will ship back the item to Studio Darose for a full refund of the purchase price (minus the cost of shipping). Buyer shipping will not be refunded.
How do I track my order?
When your item ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number. We use USPS or FedEx depending on the size of your item. Time for International orders will vary based on your country.
WHOLESALE
At this time we do not offer wholesale pricing, but you can contact us for a potential discount of off higher quantity orders.
How do you take your coffee?
Straight up, no sugar or cream. Hot or Cold Brewed are both acceptable. I support local shops as often as I can.
Favorite type of Beer?
Usually a cold one, and almost always from a craft brewery. Support your local Brewery/Cidery.
