The ALINA String Pendant Lamp was designed by combining the side view of a sphere with a top view of a cube. Together, the form makes for a beautiful curved shape with crisp contrasting edges. The string and resin form is self-supporting creating an ethereal feel. The ALINA Pendant comes in 2 sizes: 10x10x10.5"h or 13"x13"x14"h. This is for the LARGER 13" size, please choose the other Listing for the smaller 10" size.
This sleek and modern lamp is made with a delicate crotchet thread dipped into an epoxy resin and then hand wrapped around a form to create the shapes. Once the resin hardens, the form is incredibly durable and waterproof. Each lamp is created to order and includes the String Pendant shade with your choice of hardware and cloth-covered cord color. We will customize it for hardwiring to the ceiling canopy or as a plug-in, see options below. Make sure to include your desired hardware, cord color and other options in your order description at checkout.
The lamp is made with high quality UL listed parts and is made with an E26 socket (standard light bulb size). Each lamp comes with a dimmable G25 frosted LED bulb (dimmer not included). The bulb is a 100W equivalent (*7w LED), 5000k color. Maximum recommended wattage for the assembly is 60W bulb (higher with LED bulbs).
The shade is easy to clean if it gets any dust on it with compressed air, and can be sprayed with water if needed (remove from wiring if cleaning with water). The electric wiring is not rated for outdoor applications, but it could be used in a covered/protected area.
