The smaller Twilla pendant lamp shade, blurs the line between Modern and Bohemian styling. The soft textures of the knit yarn, along with the striking colors and patterns, create a stunning statement piece that will add to any room. This is about half the size of its sister lamp "Twyla". This accent pendant lamp shade is a medium size (10" x 10" x ~7"h) and will attach to any standard socket set. I can provide a white plug-in socket set that matches the one in the pictures for an additional cost (that you can choose in the options). This shade is for use with the standard modern LED light bulbs ONLY (e26/e27 base). Using the older incandescent style bulbs can get too hot and possibly cause a fire with the yarn.
Various color options were chosen to provide a wide variety of colors and textures to work with any home. The lighter color yarns have a nice glow on the pendant itself and offer additional lighting through the openings above and below. Some of the darker colors will block out more light and have less of a glow, but still provide nice lighting directly below the pendant. Perfect for accenting a table or for reading. More options will be added over time.
I only keep a small stock of pendants ready to ship, and most are made to order. For the yarns that have more of a striped pattern, the colors will all be very similar, but the location of the stripes will vary depending on the pendant (since the dye pattern of the yarn changes per roll).
